Adding several dimensions to the Highland Pacific team, Steve is an experienced real estate attorney as well as having been a successful developer and investment real estate broker.

Following his tenure as general counsel for California's largest homebuilder, he established a private law practice in which he specialized in real estate law. From there, Steve developed one-half million square feet of business parks for his own portfolio followed by 14 years of selling and investing in institutional grade commercial investment properties.

Steve is a graduate of Princeton University and University of California School of Law ­ Berkeley (Boalt Hall), and is a Member of the California State Bar.

Jack W. Carroll

Vice President, Asset Management

As a 'hands on' asset and property manager, Jack has been responsible for protecting and enhancing the value and income of over 7 million square feet of prime properties for both institutional and private investors.

Following his 4 years as a property manager with CB Commercial Real Estate, Jack was the asset manager of a private development firm for 9 years. During those years he supervised the development and acquisition of projects totaling more than 4 million square feet, created equity through increasing income, and managed the leasing of 2 million square feet of office and business park projects.
